DJ Victor Lopez
Regarded as Australia’s Most Versatile DJ! with over 10 years experience. Signed to Central Station Records at 19 he is an eclectic DJ who is able to Mix Anything from House, Latin Beats, Reggaeton, Rock and Commercial Dance. Victor has moved into a completely different scene (HIP HOP) and has used it to his advantage to make him one of the most unique DJs around.
DJ Victor Lopez would’ve best been known to listeners of the dance based station WILD FM in Sydney and official DJ on the Room 208 tour for Channel V in the late 90’s. His success in the dance scene is compared to veteran DJs and to think he had only been i the game for 2 years he was now one of Sydneys best dance DJ's finding LOPEZ invited to perform at many special events such as the Wildfm dance party's, Crush Under Eighteens,All Major Dance Festivals at the time & Interstate Tours Australia Wide. Quick Over Night Popularity Secured Lopez a spot at C2000 (New Years Eve) in Argentina which had a massive turnout of 13 000.
In order to build himself a stronger foundation Victor Lopez dropped off the radar for almost two years in early 2000's in where LOPEZ RECORDS was born, His focus on the Urban/HipHop and Rnb scene’s has seen him create two LOPEZ RECORD stores, a space combining all four elements of Hip Hop including DJ, MC, Breakdancing and Graffiti art.
During 2002, Victor teamed up with KC Baker (KCB) from Today FM to create Pop House single “Be with you” which sold around the world in places like Spain, Korea, Brazil, England and NZ. The single had international mixes done by UK’s Wayne G and featured on the 2002 Football World Cup Official Album which sold around the world. Victor produced the Megamix for Australia’s number 1 dance compilation which had sold over 90 000 units (Wild FM 15 - Summer 2002) which led him to release 4 HIP HOP Mixtapes, 1 Commercially Released Cd Single, Remixed Tracks for the Likes of Milk Inc, Craig David, Phillip Rushton, Backstreet Boys, Boys 2 Men and Samantha Mumba, Pocho-Man, ILA Familia, Oz Locos, C-Major, David Rolas.
Over the years Lopez Has become more involved with Local and International artists which has helped him land support slots for several international acts, Not to mention Lopez's ability to get many of them to do exclusive Appearances at LOPEZ RECORDS, Artists including,Wu Tang Clan, Ice Cube, Redman & Method Man, Cypress Hill, Lil John, M.O.P, Beatnuts, Magic Juan (Projecto Uno), Edo G, Chingy, Masta Ace, Naughty By Nature Def Wish Cast, Raekwon, De La Soul, Tribe Called Quest, Monsta Ganja & J-Boog, Marco Polo, RZA and Prodical Son, Ugly Duckling, Dilated Peoples, Lyrics Born, Slim of 112, Pharoahe Monch, LLOYD, Jean Grae, Wanya Morris (Boys 2 Men), Renee (Zhane), Paris & T-Kash (Guerilla Funk), Dead Prez, Dizzee Rascal, Sean Kingston, Nick Javas, Young Hot Rod, B.O.B (Bobby Ray), Krayzie & Wish Bone (Bone Thugs & Harmony), Scribe, Juilian Marley, Pussycat Dolls (Melody and Ashley), Ghostface Killa (Wu-Tang Clan), GZA (Wu-Tang Clan), Supernatural, Jurasic 5 and Rahzel of the Roots.

Currently Sponsored by Tribal Gear and PimpJuice by Nelly, the Sound and Audio Engineering School graduate is now giving back through his work with the Urban Youth Programs teaching kids to DJ/Produce and helping the scene by sponsoring events.

Coming up to it's 8th year of Lopez Records u might find a change in the franchise's name later on in the year from the existing (LOPEZ RECORDS) to LOPEZ EXPRESS, and u will see the introduction to his Independent Record Label with Artist's and DJ's Signed from all over Australia.
